In this role, you will:
Participate in the software development lifecycle and in day-to-day scrum and planning meetings through requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and acceptance testing. Collaborate with technical partners and product and development teams to design technical solutions and provide detailed specifications that satisfy scalability, reliability, and performance goals. Develop project schedules, define timeframes, proactively manage risks, and prioritize tasks with the product and engineering teams to deliver intended objectives within the agreed timeframes, ensuring that requirements are completed. Communicate technical and business concepts confidently to mid-level management. Lead increasingly complex technical projects with some supervised work on ambiguous adaptive programs. Coordinate with engineering and product team members to execute new ideas or approaches and achieve process improvement goals. And will foster an environment where members are comfortable critiquing and suggesting changes to improve processes. May telecommute from home.
Experience and qualifications:
Master's degree in Project Management, Information Management, or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager-related occupation. Position requires:
1. Project management;
2. Lean Process Manufacturing/Six Sigma;
3. SQL or VBA;
4. Atlassian JIRA and Confluence;
5. Tableau;
6. Agile methodologies.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle, Washington is $137,500 to $192,500/year.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
