Sr Manager SIS Physical Security This position is with Salesforce Industrial Security (SIS) and leads the day-to-day operations of classified facilities. This is a critical, high visibility position that requires a high level of acumen and deep technical knowledge of classified facilities. The candidate must be a Subject Matter Expert versed in the Intelligence Community Directives (ICD)s and 32 CFR part 117 (NISPOM) for classified facilities. In addition, the candidate must have a clear understanding of supplemental regulations and standards for classified facilities that various agencies may enforce. This job is in northern Virginia and will be customer facing to government Accrediting Officials and Contracting Officials. The position is essential to interpreting and enforcing rules and regulations for the facilities. This role will require development of security standards, practices, and programs to support business and security initiatives.This includes a full understanding of requirements for physical safeguarding IC DoD networks and the ability to have full access no matter the level of clearance or agency.Some of the detailed duties are, but not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day security operations for classified facilities in accordance with the ICDs, NISPOM, and supplemental regulations
- Develop/maintain Facility SOPs, documents, and accreditation information
- Interface with executive stakeholders and senior government officials.
- Train employees on security standards, SOPs and threats
- Be creative with security awareness and technical physical security
- Audit documentation, procedures, and perform Annual Self-inspections
- Coordinate with facility management, security officers, and other stakeholders to ensure the all physical security requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records of access, visitor logs, and security incidents
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI)s for maintenance, space utilization, security violations, and others
- Coordinate system with SIS ISSM and government representatives for Information Technologies
- Account, label, track and prepare for audits with Government Furnished Equipment
- Develop and test emergency plans
- Maintain UL2050 systems and response forces
- Track and plan corrective actions and maintenance for the facility
- Research and test new security technologies and procedures
- Investigate issues and remediate with the facilities or with Industrial Security matters
- Assist the CSSO when needed with Industrial Security matters, such as PERSEC, reporting, etc.
- TS/SCI w Polygraph is required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must have an existing TS/SCI w Polygraph.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience providing program security support to Intelligence Community SCI level programs. Extensive knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives pertaining to physical, technical
- Ability to multi-task and work in a multi-program environment.
- Knowledge and skill to apply general government guidelines and directives in solving practical day-to-day security problems.
- Knowledge on the physical security requirements to obtain physical accreditation of new secure areas.
- Formal certification in ICD 705 +FSO certifications and training required. Sound, ethical judgment required.+ Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in complex situations. + Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including presentation, reporting and consulting. + Proven "customer service" and relationship management skills.
