- Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance of Clinical Quality Consultants and data abstractors
- Direction and guidance on network clinical quality performance and improvement
- Provide analytical interpretation of quality performance and support business plan development to measure and improve performance
- Be the subject matter expert for quality-related activities within the market and develop effective strategies to improve quality performance
- Develop and present in various business review meetings related to quality
- 4+ years of healthcare experience, including experience in an ACO or managed care setting
- 2+ years of experience in value-based contracts and executing HEDIS/STARS strategy
- 2+ years of experience in provider-facing interactions, including provider education
- 2+ years of experience with data analysis and the ability to review data and implement improvement strategies
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to travel locally up to 25% with occasional overnight travel
- Registered Nurse and/or other clinical degree
- Clinical data abstraction/quality chart review experience
- Billing and CPT coding experience
- CMS audits and regulatory reporting experience
- Medicare and/or Medicaid experience
