Meta is seeking a Compensation Programs Analyst with strong analytical and operational experience to support our Compensation Programs. As a Compensation Program Analyst, you will support both the Market Review and Performance Programs leveraging strong analytical skills to ensure our programs function as designed with an eye on data accuracy, integrity and compliance. Compensation Program Analyst Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of our programs while juggling multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Manages project elements and provides functional expertise in compensation and other cross-functional people projects
- Identifies and tracks success metrics for the project
- proposes and executes improved business processes
- Works closely with partners and stakeholders to collaborate on the project delivery
- Develops a deep understanding of our program mechanics, and calendar, in order to educate stakeholders about the most relevant information for their specific business needs
- Conducts cost modeling and employee impact analysis for proposed new programs or program changes
- Assists with content development and training of compensation programs and practices to HR partners and managers
- Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
- Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis
- Analyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through reporting
- Work with large amounts of data and build tools to streamline the process
- 4+ years of experience in compensation, finance, consulting, investment banking, or a similarly applicable field
- Experience in Excel, including experience building analyses and models
- Project management experience, Analytical and problem-solving skills
- BS/BA degree
- Experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards using BI Tools like Tableau, PowerBI or other similar data visualization tools
- Experience working with Salesforce, Workday and Compensation Systems
