Work you'll do:
- Expertise in driving solutions, leading a team, driving assessment work across technologies and reverse engineering existing code
- Translate functional requirements into technical design.
- Participate in all aspects of solution delivery life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, production deployment, and support
- Develop standardized practices for delivering new products and capabilities data acquisition, transformation, and analysis
- Recommend design alternatives for data ingestion, processing, and provisioning layers
- Work in large teams developing and delivering solutions to support large scale data management platforms following Agile methodology
- Develop test scenarios and test scripts to validate data loaded
- Maintain documentation on testing and QA and testing strategy
- Conduct testing of sample applications, websites, and software to Assess user experience and ease of design
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
- Provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
Qualifications
Required:
- Demonstrated experience automating manual tests, environment setup, and deployment processes using technologies such as Jenkins, Salesforce metadata API, Python, or Provar (or similar selenium-based tool)
- Demonstrated experience maintaining test results and regularly reporting on test effectiveness including test performance, bugs found
- Demonstrated experience showing organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with engineers and business simultaneously to ensure that tests developed accurately reflect functional requirements
- Demonstrated experience and expertise at utilizing Jenkins (or similar continuous integration / continuous delivery solution) to support continuous integration for testing
- Demonstrated experience showing strong working knowledge of JavaScript, Java, HTML, and Selenium (including use of Xpath, CSS locators, and JavaScript to identify and interact with elements on web pages)
- Demonstrated experience showing deep understanding of basic programming concepts such as inheritance, abstraction, and polymorphism
- Demonstrated experience using GitHub (or similar) for source control
- Demonstrated experience using SQL (or SOQL for Salesforce) to run
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
