The Talent Mobility team is responsible for influencing a culture of mobility and connection through deliberate career education for all, aligning early career development to the needs of the business through intentional coaching, development, & networking, and facilitating assimilation for employees returning from a career break of two or more years. Reporting to the Director of Talent Mobility Programs, this role will be responsible for planning, executing, and leading projects & events (both in-person & virtual) from inception to completion in support of Talent Mobility programs - specifically iReturn, iMobility, & Early Career. The position will be located in Linthicum, MD with a requirement of on-site presence at least 3 days a week. The Talent Mobility Project Manager key responsibilities include:
- Collaboration with key stakeholders to define & execute iReturn project scope, program goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Creation & execution of detailed project plans to execute employee engagement & experience events of all sizes aligned to the Talent Mobility programs scope of work.
- Provide in-person event support including pre-event logistics coordination, day-of logistics & setup, stakeholder & participant engagement.
- Collaboration with communications, HR, and business teams to proactively develop effective communication strategies, share program updates & desired outcomes, deadlines, event awareness, program milestones & accomplishments. Develop and maintain program resources to aid stakeholders in successfully navigating the programs. Delivering presentations (virtually and in-person).
- Create & maintain process documentation, executive summaries, and program presentations.
- Participate in process improvement and identifying ways to improve the participant experience.
- Utilize data analytics and insights to assess gaps, make data-informed recommendations, and devise and track measurements related to program & organizational outcomes.
- Provide career mobility consultation & at-risk advocacy.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience; 1+ year(s) with a master's degree. (OR an associate's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; OR 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
- Demonstrated project management skills to include creating project plans, managing timelines/milestones.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision to deliver on key dates and commitments.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant professional experience; 4+ years with a master's degree. (OR an associate's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience; OR 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
- Track record of managing and executing large-scale HR or business projects and initiatives with multi-level stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with senior executives.
- Proficient project management skills to include creating project plans and managing timelines/milestones.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to deliver on key dates and commitments.
