- Assist in the delivery of quality services that exceed client expectations
- Responsible for mentoring staff, providing them with developmental feedback and career guidance
- Oversee day-to-day operations of engagements
- Deliver on sustainability engagements while leading a team, working closely with our clients across a diverse range of areas and client issues from transportation, energy/renewables, connectivity, social and health infrastructure, disaster response and recovery monitoring, and smart infrastructure
- Support the development of innovative solutions leveraging data and technology
- Review and analyze energy regulations regarding environmental, social, and economic impacts of energy project development
- Develop guidance, processes, policy, and training materials
- Provide technical assistance to the government agency and support maintenance of the grant's administrative records
- Budgeting and planning for operations
- Actively participate in development of business and vendor relationships
- Help our clients make infrastructure decisions that strategically align with organizational objectives
- Lead proposal and RFP initiatives
- Bachelor's degree required in environmental science, business, international relations, engineering, or another business-related field
- Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 5+ years of sustainability or renewable energy industry related experience
- 2+ years of experience in managing and supervising teams
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
- Previous Professional Services Firm or Big 4 experience
- Currently certified as a PE, AIA, PMP, PSP, CCM
- Master's degree in business administration, energy and environmental Law, economics, environmental engineering, or another business-related field
