Come be a part of our mission.Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support Lead (ILS) to join our team in the Colorado Springs, Colorado area.Job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Create, implement, and communicate an Integrated Logistics Support Plan
- Create a logistics management strategy
- Lead a logistics support team
- Oversee Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Counterfeit Prevention Plan (CPP)
- Oversee program Materials Management System
- Manage Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)
- Develop an Item Unique Identification Marking Plan
- Responsible for management of GFE, COTS/GOTS equipment
- Tracking DMS and EoL
- Development of Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) plan
- Support logistics responsibilities for the program management leadership team and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) activities
- Identify management responsibilities
- Outline an approach to meet integrated product support activities to meet program requirements
- 15 Years of relevant experience with a completed Bachelor's degree; 13 Years of relevant experience with a completed Masters's degree; An additional 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree (High School diploma or equivalent is required with additional experience)
- Must have an Active Secret DoD security clearance (US citizenship required)
- Experience working in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management Systems, and Commercial Shipping Best Practices
- User experience with PLM tools such as TeamCenter and SAP (or equivalent)
- Background in logistics related field with experience
- Experience leading a team of multi-disciplined logistics personnel to include warehouse management, property management, shipping and receiving, and procurement.
- Experience in leading dynamic teams, exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Possess the ability to work in a diverse/integrated work environment
- Must work in an approved environment during specified work hours
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments
- Experience with Integration and Test Logistics
- Familiar with processing Return Material Authorization (RMA) and knowledgeable in processing shipments of repairable assets.
- Experience with level of repair analysis (LORA)
- Experience with material planning and supplier quality assurance.
