We are looking for an experienced, collaborative, results-oriented marketer with stellar campaign and integrated marketing experience to lead Data Cloud demand generation campaign programs. While this role is an individual contributor, it involves collaborating with other marketers and cross-functional stakeholders to define the strategy for specific campaign programs that build pipeline for Data Cloud. It is an exceptional opportunity to make an impact on a relatively new yet strategic business. Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, strategy, planning cycles, and go-to-market motions is a huge plus.Responsibilities
- Create effective paid digital strategies that drive pipe and revenue for Data Cloud
- Create a comprehensive journey for a key audience based on insights into the pain points of that audience and their preferences for consuming information that informs purchasing decisions
- Align with cross-functional stakeholders on campaign programs
- Manage team budget and ensure that every dollars is utilized every quarter
- Manage multiple programs and deliverables, setting timelines and expectations
- Build cross-functional relationships across marketing stakeholders
- Measure, analyze and report out program results
- Demonstrated success in building integrated, global, multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid media, email, social, and other marketing tactics (likely with over seven years of experience)
- Keen understanding of different marketing tactics and the role that they play in building pipe
- Knows paid digital tactics inside and out and has a point of view on the vendors who are best to work with to execute paid digital tactics
- Enjoys solving complex marketing problems and trying something new
- Takes a customer-first approach to building campaign journeys and experiences
- Able to operate in the midst of ambiguity and in highly matrixed organizations
- Effective in building relationships based on trust
- Detail-oriented, thoughtful, and thorough
- Makes decisions based on data
- Understands the technology space, evolving AI landscape and the role of data in helping businesses manage operations and create phenomenal customer experiences
