Job Description This role is required to be in our Denver, CO office 5 days a week Workplace Experience Specialist / Business Partner As a part of our global People and Culture Team, the Workplace Experience Team is further enhancing one incomparable and best-in-class workplace environment that fosters employee engagement to drive exceptional business outcomes. As a Workplace Experience Specialist / Business Partner, you will ensure consistency and compliance with company policies while supporting our hybrid team with colleagues assigned to your office. You will closely cooperate with the global Workplace Experience team and play a vital role in driving exceptional employee experiences. Responsibilities: Drive Associate Programs and Culture:
- Effectively drive associate programs together with the team that reinforce Dynatrace Culture and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Be a true ambassador for the local Dynatrace hybrid community, nurturing work relationships, enhancing morale, and building social engagement.
- Deliver exceptional event experiences tailored to the needs of your office location and the office community in close cooperation with the global Workplace Experience team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute successful events that align with the overall employee experience strategy.
- Take care of the respective Dynatrace office to ensure our employees have a vibrant, welcoming and effective place to work at
- Work together with and support the P&C Team with all office-related issues
- Ensuring that the office is managed according to their procedures and guidelines
- Order office supplies and refreshments
- Making sure WPX Information Hub (SharePoint) and other info is relevant and updated
- Create an outstanding first-day experience for new team members in the respective office, including local onboarding presentations and office tours.
- Ensure that new Dynatrace employees feel welcomed and integrated into the local community and culture from day one.
- Promote and participate in global initiatives, maintaining and further improving our Information Hub SharePoint as a single source of truth for all processes.
- Support visitor management, workshop preparation, and onsite facility services to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with purchase orders in close cooperation with our procurement team.
- Work on employee benefits administration, ensuring alignment, improvement, and competitiveness of our employee benefits in collaboration with the People Operations Team.
- Support and participate in innovative solutions and transformation initiatives in collaboration with the dynamic and innovative global People & Culture team, local site leaders, and team members.
- Contribute to the enhancement of processes and improvement initiatives.
- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Office Management or a similar role in a fast-paced, multicultural, and rapidly changing environment.
- Experience partnering with teams based in several countries simultaneously, providing comprehensive support, including organization development, growth, and change programs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Readiness and willingness to take on new responsibilities and drive process improvements.
- Effective team player who exhibits strong collaboration skills in executing tasks and responsibilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges, address issues, and contribute to organizational goals.
- Strong sense of business needs and goals.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Integrative, empathic, and solution-driven way of thinking.
- Be able to comfortably move up to 30lbs.

- The salary range for this role is $43,000 - $54,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
