The Salesforce International A&C Partner Marketing team drives communications and marketing in support of the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem. Our team is passionate about Partner success and operates with an entrepreneurial mind set in a fast-paced setting. We work with collaborators globally both within Salesforce as well as with our greater Salesforce ecosystem.We are searching for a Partner Marketing Specialist to support the strategy and direction for establishing and overseeing a comprehensive marketing coordinated programme in the region, dedicated to supporting Salesforce Consulting in expanding their Salesforce practice.The ideal Partner Marketing Specialist should possess strong critical thinking, excel in partner enablement, and foster collaboration with partners. A solid understanding of marketing principles is essential for effective campaigns, while analytical skills are vital for measuring initiatives' effectiveness. Effective communication, project management abilities, and a results-oriented attitude are also crucial for success in this role.Responsibilities:
- Work with a selected group of consulting partners and / or agencies to help them develop and execute quarterly partner led demand generation activities to drive growth in revenue from Salesforce solutions in Latin America.
- Act as a marketing contact for these partners including regular participation in team calls, in-person/virtual meetings and planning sessions.
- Be responsible for educating partners in the region on Salesforce marketing tools, benefits and resources available to them.
- Raise purchase orders for co-marketing activities and be responsible for the follow up process.
- Be accountable for the delivery of relevant marketing KPIs.
- Drive alignment across different Salesforce marketing teams to advocate for and bring awareness of Consulting Partners for inclusion in Salesforce marketing programs.
- Be a member of the A&C Latin America extended team aligning the partner marketing motions to the regional business strategy.
- 2+ year experience in marketing with an emphasis in B2B technology campaigns, product, and/or partner marketing.
- Experience with building campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience handling through ambiguity and driving results.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind and familiarity with marketing analytics platforms.
- Highly diligent with strong project management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with digital marketing concepts and standard methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish and the ability to work with multiple teams across the organisation to ensure extraordinary execution.
- Experience working with creative teammates, ad agencies and other vendors.
- Experience using Salesforce highly desirable.
