Description About your Role: As a Case manager, you will work with children, youth and their families involved in the Child Welfare system. You will provide support, education, and community resource links to necessary services. Meeting with the children and their families in the foster or family homes, you will provide supervised visitation, transportation when needed, parenting and life skill training, substance abuse, budgeting, meal planning, housing, and employment education and assistance. You will work a flexible schedule to suit your life and the needs of your client, and be available for after hour calls to address crisis situations. You are supported in your work through weekly supervision, trainings, and staff meetings with fellow office team members. Perks of this role:
- $33,000-$45,000/year starting salary (based on education, experience, and weekly client hours)

- High School Diploma or equivalent or Associate’s Degree AND a minimum of four (4) years of full-time casework experience working with children and families focused on the protection and care of a child; OR
- Bachelor’s Degree; OR
- Master’s Degree
