Job Description Join our dynamic team to shape the future of developer tooling in the generative AI space for ServiceNow. As a Senior Staff Product Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing our AI-driven code generation and developer tooling products, leveraging your deep understanding of modern software development practices and the generative AI landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to lead product innovation, drive strategic initiatives, and make a significant impact on our journey to becoming the defining enterprise software company of the 21st century. - Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in generative AI, ensuring our developer tools remain at the forefront of the industry
- Communicate product priorities and build consensus
- Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries
- Work with multiple teams - including engineering, design, research, AI science and others - to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance developer satisfaction
- Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
- Develop multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences
- 8+ years of software product management experience, with some experience in developer tooling or related products
- Familiarity with existing generative AI developer tooling and a commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements and trends in the field
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
- Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
- Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions, particularly for developers and/or AI practitioners
- Experience driving solution development through big-picture solution development
