- Lead the product managers and product analyst in defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for lending suite - monitoring solution.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Drive the onboarding process for new features and enhancements, leveraging expertise in lending solutions and market dynamics to accelerate time-to-market.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve the user experience and drive product adoption.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and effectiveness, implementing data-driven strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on portfolio management and lending solutions, providing guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in lending business, with a focus on origination & portfolio management solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully leading product development initiatives from concept to launch, preferably in the banking or fintech industry.
- Deep understanding of lending systems, credit risk management, and market dynamics, with specific expertise in commercial and industrial (C&I) and commercial real estate (CRE) lending.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data and insights into actionable product strategies and roadmap priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, drive consensus, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
