Forklift Driver – Full Time, All Shifts Seeking a motivated Forklift Driver to join our team. Responsible for the loading and unloading of trucks, receiving, storing, and distributing material and products to all departments. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available 6 day work week.
- Starting hourly pay of $20.33, plus shift differential.

- Completes daily forklift checklist at the beginning of each shift.
- Operates stand-up and sit-down forklifts to sort and store perishable goods in designated areas.
- Reads production schedule, customer orders, work orders, picklists, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
- Records amounts of materials or items received and/or distributed on count sheets and picklists.
- Labels materials with barcodes containing identifying information on inbound receipts.
- Weighs, counts items for distribution, and performs weekly cycle counts of assigned areas.
- Maintains inventory records through proper scanning, labeling and storage of product.
- Reports any damage to forklifts, equipment, or product to supervisor and submits maintenance requests as needed.
- Cross trains in all duties and responsibilities of all nonexempt Warehouse positions.
- Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.
- Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
- Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts, required.
- 3+ months of experience operating Crown stand-up forklifts, required.
- High School Diploma/GED, preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment, food storage experience helpful.
- Experience operating stand-up forklifts and with bar coding and data collection.
- Ability to navigate narrow aisles in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to do basic math and use calculators and computers.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
- Speak, write, and understand English; Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
