We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager (f/m/d) Brand Marketing to take the helm as the pan-European brand leader for our Instruments portfolio encompassing our Neurosurgical (NS), Cranio-maxillofacial (CMF), Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT), and Interventional Spine (IVS) products. In this influential role, you will set the strategic direction, drive portfolio growth through impactful marketing campaigns and strategies, alongside providing exceptional leadership and champion people development within your team of eight experienced Brand Managers.
Your key responsibilities:
People Management: Exercise indirect leadership over a team of experienced Brand Managers, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance culture to ensure the team's professional growth and success.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate a comprehensive strategy for four distinct business segments - NS, CMF, ENT, and IVS. This includes outlining clear objectives, tactics, and measurable goals to drive growth and market presence.
Product Launches and Portfolio Building: Lead the execution of impactful product launches and contribute to building a stellar portfolio. Innovate and differentiate products in the market to capture consumer interest and drive sustained business growth.
Upstream Marketing: Drive upstream marketing initiatives by actively engaging with R&D and cross-functional teams. Collaborate closely with Research and Development to influence the shaping of the future portfolio, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
Long-Term Business Planning: Take a proactive role in shaping the long-term future of the business. Formulate strategies that position the brand for sustained success, considering market dynamics, emerging trends, and customer preferences.
Education Strategies: Spearhead internal and external education strategies to elevate brand awareness and understanding among both our internal teams and external stakeholders. Become a thought leader in the industry and position our brand as a trusted resource.
Customer Engagement: Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance relationships across the European market. Ensure our brand remains top-of-mind among our target audience through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
What are we looking for?
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field, is required.
Preferred qualifications include 7+ years of marketing experience and 4+ years of people management experience.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capability to manage multiple projects within established timelines, are essential for success in this role.
Solid experience as a marketing leader and management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills and strong cross-functional influencing skills & teamwork.
Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in MS Office.
Fluent proficiency in English (C1 level) is essential, both verbal and written.
You hold a valid driver’s license.

This is a remote role, and the successful candidate can execute responsibilities from any location within Europe. Traveling across Europe may be required.
