Job Requisition ID # 24WD78194 The Water infrastructure team at Autodesk is making great water infrastructure accessible for all. Our demand gen team connects customers to our incredible technology to create the future for sustainable drainage design, water distribution, storm and wastewater networks, flood control, asset management, operational analytics, and treatment plant management. Autodesk is looking for an experienced marketer to join the water marketing team. The demand gen manager is accountable to deliver measurable contribution to our business in the Asia Pacific region, enable our sales team to act on inbound inquiry from customers, and creatively find new ways to have new conversations with the customers we can best help. You are an outcomes-based thinker, connecting business strategy and helping the customers we serve create the water infrastructure of the future. To succeed in this role, you'll have a spirit of innovation, demonstrate deep care for the success of our customers, and be ready to be a part of Autodesk leading the water industry from the front. This job can be performed remotely, or from an Autodesk office in India. Fully remote and hybrid applicants are welcome. You will report to the director of APJ Global Demand Center and work with who is also dedicated to water. Responsibilities Campaign Execution
- You create quarterly and annual marketing plans that engage new customers and grow our business
- Ensure marketing programs reflect the water industry business strategy
- Focus on the buyer's journey to improve campaigns for the appropriate journey stage of the target audience.
- You are the primary marketing contact for APAC water sales leadership.
- Engage sales to improve the impact of marketing activity
- Collaborate with industry marketing, global demand gen, and marketing operations to ensure execution of marketing campaigns.
- You maintain accurate and actionable understanding of campaign results.
- Review and provide analysis of programmatic campaigns and unique segment or account specific tactics for targeted accounts
- Improve individual campaigns through analysis and optimization
- You manage the APAC demand gen budget and allocate budgets to campaigns aligned with our goals.
- Measure the effectiveness and ROMI of marketing dollar deployment to improve our efficiency
- Minimum 5 years in B2B demand gen, field marketing, or a related field where knowledge of demand gen is required.
- Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, and sales enablement tools like Outreach
- Experience in the water industry or in other AEC disciplines is valued but not necessary
- Estimated 20% travel may be required
