This form is not for inquiring about a position or the status of an application. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the Strategic Partnerships & Affiliates team in the US. As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will make a direct and substantial impact on Expedia Group’s P&L through developing and managing a diverse portfolio of partners. You will be working across regional and functional teams to grow existing partnerships and drive bookings via partners’ marketing channels. This role will be reporting to the Head of Partnerships and Emerging Accounts, with a portfolio of large and mid-size accounts across Americas, including Brazil and Mexico, while working under an international team that focuses on innovation, creative problem-solving, and teamwork. What you’ll do: Responsibilities and Core Activities
- Build strong, enduring partnerships that provide unique access to travelers
- In collaboration with partners, grow existing partnerships by deploying commercial and marketing skills
- In partnership with the business development team, onboard new partners to grow the business
- Capture new opportunities within partnerships by analyzing data and shaping and executing commercial strategies.
- Work closely with teams from across Expedia Group to bring the best of EG to our partners, including Finance, Analytics, Product, Technology, Design, Strategy, and Operations
- Minimum five years of experience in account management and/or affiliate marketing
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, able to transform and consolidate sophisticated data or ideas to facilitate commercial discussion/decision or build partnership proposal.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, comfortable using multiple interfaces to capture and manipulate data - numerically driven
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environment
- Strong and detailed knowledge of the travel business would be beneficial
- Experience working with large e-commerce brands would be beneficial
- Experience with SQL would be beneficial
- Speaking Spanish or Portuguese would be beneficial
