The Customer & Content Marketing Manager EMEA is responsible for the region's customer and content marketing strategy and executes a range of campaigns to help us drive the growth of Autodesk Construction in EMEA.
Reporting to the Director of EMEA Marketing Construction Marketing you will work with global and regional teams to develop compelling communications and you will execute inspiring and relevant thought leadership programmes that drive audience engagement and deliver on key KPIs.
You will plan, organise and execute initiatives that create relevant two-way interactions with local customers, and nurture long-term relationships to help share the voice of the customer in internal and external communication.
You will have excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. You will have a marketing background and must relish operating in a fast-paced, exciting environment with a focus on customer success.

Responsibilities
- Develop content marketing plan and annual themes based on business strategy and target audience needs, to drive audience growth and support brand-to-demand strategy
- Collaborate with our field marketing, demand, product marketing and sales to produce content that drives leads through the funnel
- Own and manage thought leadership programme for the region
- Research and produce engaging copy (long and short-form) for several assets and channels: blogs, social, web, email, brochures, white papers, reports, etc
- Own our EMEA customer marketing programme and execute flawlessly, through engagements with other teams and customers
- Manage the co-marketing relationship lifecycle to deliver compelling content making the engagement as easy for the customer as possible
- Keep up to date with industry best practice and monitoring content activities of competitors
- Manage relevant 3rd party resources including designers, writers, freelancers and agencies as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a customer marketing or communications role
- Professional qualification in marketing, communications or equivalent
- Passion for building innovative campaigns
- Experience delivering under a tight deadline
Preferred Qualifications
- Worked for a B2B SaaS software company
- Experience with marketing technologies
- PR/Communications experience
- Fluency in European languages an advantage
