Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Experience building distributed systems.
- Experience growing an engineering team over a short period of time.
- Experience building scalable back-end infrastructure.
- Experience using methodologies and tooling.
- Experience with identity, authentication, or security.
- Ability to recruit, inspire, and motivate an Engineering team to work together as a cohesive and productive unit.
- Manage a team of software engineers, and create an inclusive and safe environment that enables the team to grow. Provide a clear direction and strategy for the team.
- Drive technical projects, plan, execute, and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Develop a roadmap for projects in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Define and build a team culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Provide oversight and leadership on technical aspects of development, technical requirements definition, design, implementation, unit testing, and integration.
