- Support the execution for EPS North America’s top strategic travel technology partnerships focusing on operations and project management
- For each partnership, you will own partner facing relationship and collaborate with partners to understand company needs and vision, and work with Expedia’s internal business partners in execution of multiple areas including product, customer service, technology, marketing, and accounting to translate that to growth for both parties
- Pull, analyze and report on performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly to spot trends, find opportunities and issues, and gain new insight to help account manager optimize business
- Conduct regular visits and weekly calls to manage operations focused projects and initiatives
- Manage the effective fulfillment of contractual obligations, as well as optimizing compliance processes (Information Security and other audits, compliance requests, partner escalations, etc.)
- Tech Operations: Work closely with internal and partner operations team to ensure best in class operations monitoring, processes and effective management of incidents
- Servicing Operations: Work closely with internal and partner servicing operations team to ensure best in class servicing operation. This includes managing the largest cost drivers of our business, identifying areas for cost reduction, and driving efficiencies where possible
- Serve as a point of contact for Expedia's business units, providing outstanding customer service through timely, high-quality issue resolution both internally and externally
- Grasp the “big” picture for EPS, our business, and the partner, using your influence and expertise to support the success of both parties
- A self-starter who likes to figure things out on their own and can cut through complexity to achieve understanding and results
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills that allow you to get your point across clearly and concisely on complex issues

- Preferred background in b2b technology, online travel or airline/hotel supplier, sales/account management, consulting. Air Experience is highly desired
- Bachelor’s or Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
