This position is working on a multi-year project for a major healthcare client.
Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Must live near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Dallas, Tampa, or Richmond, VA.
Hybrid work model. Able to commute to office 1-2 days a week as needed.
You will determine processes and automation tools to reduce IT spend and increase efficiencies on multiple projects within the Healthcare domain.
You will be developing and maintaining web applications using ReactJS frameworks. Designing and implementing user interfaces and front-end components. Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
This job entails collaborating with designers and back-end developers to implement features and functionality. Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshooting and debugging issues, and implementing solutions.
Job responsibilities will include integrating front-end components with back-end APIs and services on AWS. Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of applications. Optimizing application performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years' experience in ReactJS frameworks, including hands-on experience in building web applications using these frameworks
- 3+ years' experience in front end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- 3+ years' experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or other server-side frameworks.
- 2+ years experience in healthcare domain
- 2+ years experience in consulting
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them with front-end applications.
- Experience deploying web applications on AWS using services like Elastic Beanstalk, S3, or Cloud Front
- Understanding of software development principles, including code structure, modularization, and design patterns.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure management tools like Cloud Formation or Terraform.
- Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices for securing web applications on AWS.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills to identify and resolve issues
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
