Lead a customer advocacy program to demonstrate innovation, be able to engage and influence customers, mentor executives to deliver compelling narratives and build Google slides and narratives as vital.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in employer branding, talent acquisition, and employee engagement, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or related field, with a proven track record of success in building and enhancing employer brand reputation and a passion for storytelling.
Proven leadership in driving culture and experience leading corporate social media channels and external review platforms.

Validated people leader with experience motivating teams, delivering feedback and coaching to unlock dedication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
