Salesforce LATAM is looking for a Sales Strategy Analyst to support all steps of our business planning, develop in-depth analyses and build reporting tools to track the performance of the business. This person will be responsible for generating actionable insights for our sales leaders and will assist on a number of transformational initiatives. This role is a high impact role that provides great visibility to senior sales leaders across LATAM. A key focus will be drawing insight from data and applying judgements to put forward recommendations that support the growth and success of sales managers and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess very strong analytical skills, a strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our sales forecasting tools - taking responsibility for updating and improving forecasting methodologies using Google Sheets, Salesforce.com, Tableau and other Business Intelligence tools to track the business.
- Assist strategy business partners to execute all steps of Salesforce’s Go-to-Market strategy in UKI (market segmentation, headcount planning, implementation of sales territories, quota setting).
- Help to drive quarterly business reviews, strategic projects and transformational initiatives through analyzing data and summarizing key findings into presentations.
- Run different types of ad-hoc analyses to meet requests from other stakeholders inside the team or from sales leaders sitting in the regions.
- 1-4 years of experience (previous internships will be appreciated), ideally in management consulting or in business operations for an online / SaaS company.
- Advanced knowledge of G-Suite (Sheets, Slides). Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as alation and python would be a plus.
- Fluency in English is required, ability to conduct business in another language is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial drive and a “get things done” attitude to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
- An outgoing, open personality with a clear desire to learn and develop.
