The role will also take the lead in evaluating, recommending and executing on effective processes for delivery of employee benefits programs and experiences at scale in our large Regional environment.
This role strategic input will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery of employee benefits programs and enhancing employee experiences across our expansive Regional environment.
Your Impact: - Benefit Management
Leading annual benefit renewals in conjunction with country benefit leads, brokers and vendors
Project manage the implementation of new benefit programs and operations processes, orchestrating alignment across internal stakeholders
Drive communication campaigns to foster comprehensive understanding of benefit programs among HR colleagues, business leaders, managers, and employees
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to optimize programs and processes, leveraging internal analytics and employee feedback to propose and execute solutions
Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and legal requirements
Create and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and partner contracts, nurturing ongoing partnerships with functional teams (Payroll, People Services, HRC)
Point of contact for technology planning, evaluation, and Delivery/Operations
Support the integration of employees and benefit programs in any mergers or acquisitions in the region in partnership with the applicable country HR Business Partner
Act as escalation point (Tier 3) for EMEA employee benefit queries
Review invoices to verify alignment to planned costs
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience working in Employee Benefits, People Operations, etc. Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management
- Proven track record of delivering benefit initiatives across medical, pension, wellness, and perk programs.
- Experience of management or implementation of leave policies would be helpful
- Previous experience working with external suppliers and consultants
- Highly experienced using Microsoft Office or equivalent applications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of personal integrity and comfort with ambiguity
- Pragmatic solution-finder who is able to get things done
- Adaptable and comfortable shifting between high-level design work to operational work
- High level of attention to detail Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to effectively address issues in collaboration with others as appropriate: ability to proactively identify and manage potential problems
- Works well under pressure with minimal supervision with the ability to be flexible and able to cope in a fast–moving, dynamic environment with competing priorities
- Sensitive to the dynamics of working across cultures;
- Ability to relate to people of different personalities and backgrounds; Curious, and appreciative of different work patterns while remaining committed to deadlines
- Confident presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience working with Workday HRIS
- Experience working with payroll
- Experience working with Google Docs
- Experience in compensation practices such as salary benchmarking, data analysis and job mapping as well as benefits would be desirable.
