Job Requisition ID # 24WD78235 Position Overview Autodesk is looking for an experienced renewal sales executive to join our Midmarket team in Korea. The Renewals Executive will report to the Manager, Renewals Executive Mid-Market for APJ and will be responsible for driving, forecasting, and ensuring the closure of renewal sales. You will work a hybrid working environment. You will be also responsible for identification and creation of our expansion opportunities. You will work through direct customer engagement in collaboration with Autodesk Midmarket Account Managers and Autodesk Resellers . Also, you will focus on the identification and mitigation of renewal churn risk and ensures the delivery of irresistible customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Pipeline and forecast management for Mid-Market renewal opportunities.
- Work and align with our Midmarket sales and partner ecosystems to lead renewal and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with our assigned partners to guide partner forecasting and provide deal specific updates to CCS and sales counterparts
- Enhance customer and partner relationships, QBR's, promote and close renewals, while aligning TASE's /Sales management meetings
- Escalate issues for all renewal issues that improve our customer retention and lead risk mitigation execution
- Be motivated to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas
- Complexity: Works to resolve complex issues and present solutions to customers.
- Planning: Help build the customer plan and realizing the customer business objective
- 10 years experience in a sales, or renewal sales role managing Enterprise Accounts.
- Previous experience selling Saas technologies
- Experience sharing insights uncovered in customer calls, in weekly and quarterly account planning sessions with Autodesk’s Named Account Executives.
- Experience building relationships with end-users through high volume of outbound calls.
- Understand complex ideas, to promote strategic plans and lead usage models
- Experience in relationship management with customers for repeat renewal business
- Experience managing complex sales/renewals deals
- Working knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce) and other tools to document customer opportunities and customer activity
