Job Requisition ID # 24WD78190 Position Overview Join our Growth Marketing Innovation and Lifecycle (ILM) Team, a dynamic group spearheading data-led engagements across the full customer lifecycle. You will lead our nascent analytics function that will partner with Lifecycle Marketers to do data deep-dives on tech admin and end user behavior across our product portfolio to identify strategic opportunities for new lifecycle experiences that drive time to value, adoption, renewal, and growth at our customer accounts. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys using data and insights to guide clarity from complexity. You will be the primary liaison shaping the needs of our Lifecycle Marketers into actionable data research investigations, ensuring that your analysis delivers insight that will enable experience design decision making. You are an active participant in strategy formulation, developing a network across multiple data and analytics teams at Autodesk. You will lead the analysis of complex data sets, provide strategic insights, and guide decision-making processes. We are hybrid and remote friendly. We come onsite when needed for meaningful meetings. Responsibilities
- Intake analysis requests from Lifecycle Marketers, working out the animating questions and the decision making purpose behind the requests.
- Translate analysis requests into succinct analytics briefs that are shaped in such a way that you or another analyst can successfully deliver insights that will drive experience design.
- Manage the assignment of projects across Data Analysts within our team to prioritise a backlog of analysis, setting team processes to support the efficient delivery of work products
- Take on the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making and improve business growth
- Develop advanced data models, dashboards, and reports to track measurements and provide actionable insights to Lifecycle Marketers and our partners
- Input to the development of data governance and data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, data visualization, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with technical teams and ILM Ops to communicate our data sources and needs for turning your data insights into data triggers for targeted experiences
- Develop presentations to share insights with partners, including senior leadership
- Align with Lifecycle Marketers and other partners to set up and measure experiences and tests correctly
- Support global ILM Lifecycle Marketers with analysis as needed
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years working with growth teams and in SaaS or similar environments
- Experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on complex data analysis and strategic insights
- Experience presenting analyst findings and implications / recommendations to senior business stakeholders, using data to tell a compelling story
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and diverse datasets
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to extract and present insights
- Experience with advanced statistical analysis techniques and machine learning algorithms
- Programming skills in languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
