Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems for the organization. The CRM Developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and develop solutions that align with the organization's objectives. You will develop and maintain strategic programs and highly complex enterprise projects using project management practices. You will establish project frameworks and ensure adherence of cross-functional resources and teams. You will lead infrastructure project management initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the CRM system.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
- Create and maintain documentation related to CRM system architecture, configuration and customization.
- Stay up-to-date with CRM software industry trends and best practices.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom code using C# and JavaScript.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications.
- Design and implement data migration strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, source code management, and release management.
- Understand CRM integration patterns, RESTful APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Use Azure Logic Apps to communicate between CRM and Azure-based applications.
- Lead the development and customization of the Salesforce platform, focusing on Apex triggers, classes, and batch jobs to streamline business processes and enhance functionality.
- Independently manage Salesforce administrative responsibilities, including configuration, user management, security settings, and data integrity.
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience developing and maintaining CRM systems.
- Experience with programming skills in languages such as C# and Apex.
- Experience with CRM software platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Good communication skills.
- Certification in Salesforce and Dynamics are preferred.
