The intern will analyze market dynamics to identify and evaluate potential M&A targets, provide an updated M&A pipeline tool database and craft a strategic presentation with key insights and acquisition recommendations.
Additionally, the intern will study selected integrations' adoption and devise strategies to boost usage and consumption. This will be achieved through a definition of metrics to evaluate ecosystem alliance performance, delivering a PowerBI or Cluster Data Hub application and a presentation outlining findings and actionable strategies for improving technology adoption.
Market Analysis for M&A Sourcing (Duration: 6 weeks)
Conduct a deep dive into market dynamics to pinpoint and evaluate potential M&A targets.
Deliverables: Updated M&A pipeline tool database and strategic presentation.
Technology Usage Analysis (Duration: 4-6 weeks)
Study the adoption of selected integrations and develop strategies to boost their use.
Develop metrics to evaluate the performance of ecosystem alliances.
Deliverables: PowerBI or Cluster Data Hub application, presentation.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirsments:
- Undergraduate students working towards a degree; studies focused in finance, accounting or similar.
