Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager of Events Demand Generation who is passionate about driving audience acquisition, attendee engagement, and pipeline across our in-person and virtual event's portfolio. This role will be responsible for supporting the execution of in person and virtual demand generation plans while exceeding goals and business objectives.
As the Associate Manager of Events Demand Generation, you will be a key member of the Strategic Events Team and work alongside the best marketing team in the global technology industry. You will work closely across creative, brand technology, channel partners, messaging, and executive leadership to craft successful efficient campaigns that get results. To be successful, you have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and an affinity for storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and campaign performance.
- Support the development of demand generation and attendee communications programs for hybrid events of different sizes and various audiences.
- At the direction of Demand Generation leadership, implement and report campaign plans that drive hybrid event registration, attendance, and pipeline.
- Dig into audience insights and leverage data to further redefine the event value proposition, supporting the hybrid events platform roadmap prioritization.
- Support in the creation of campaigns, bill of materials, marketing requests, and tickets in Salesforce, Slack, and Asana
- Assist in the creation of program frameworks that build repeatable and scalable hybrid event marketing motions
- Partner with performance marketing on the creation of reports and dashboards to optimize audience reporting for every event.
- Support the analysis of marketing campaign performance and a reporting framework for weekly, monthly, and quarterly results and goal attainment.
- Drive deployment of events websites passionate about registration and audience prep.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on audience acquisition and demand generation.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, high attention to detail, and knowledge of collaboration tools.
- Excellent knowledge of marketing channels and omnichannel funnel strategies.
- Must be data-driven and results-oriented with a strong base knowledge of audience acquisition for Cloud / SaaS companies.
- Strong familiarity working with the Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel is a requirement.
- Cross-functional teammate with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Very strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Able to work on sophisticated tasks independently while collaborating with others and balancing partners.
- Curious, self-starter, learner with a growth mindset.
- Preferred experience with virtual events or webinar programs.
