- Develop and implement strategies for the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our systems.
- Lead initiatives to foster innovation within the maintenance and enhancements domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and streamline processes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain and the internet of things to assess their potential impact on our systems.
- Evaluate new tools and methodologies that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance and enhancement activities.
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the maintenance and enhancements framework.
- Implement best practices to ensure the highest quality in maintenance and enhancement deliverables
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align maintenance and enhancement initiatives with organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Proven experience (7+ years) in leading maintenance and enhancements teams, preferably in an onshore setting. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
- Strong background in innovation and implementing creative solutions within the technology domain (AWS-must have, Azure and GCP good to have, Microservices, Java, Python, Nodejs and React ).
- In-depth knowledge of current technologies and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus.
