PowerToFly, the global platform for diversity recruiting and retention, is looking for a consultative, solution-selling focused hunter based in LATAM for our Account Executive opening. The ability to prospect into US territory is a must. In this role, you will drive the full sales cycle with small to mid-sized prospects (up to 10,000 employees).

What you'll do:
- Prospect, develop, and close sales opportunities with new logo accounts.
- Leverage a multi-channel outreach approach to connect with decision makers in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, People Ops, and Learning & Development roles within target industries.
- Collaborate with internal PowerToFly stakeholders to propose the right solutions for your prospects.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting through to a Closed-Won deal
- Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts of business.
