About the Division:

The Capital Market Division is an intersection point between Investment Banking and Sales & Trading; We help our clients to rise capital using public and private debt titles and structures instruments as well as development and execution of solutions to avoid financial risks in FX, taxes and commodities.

Activities:

-        Market Analysis – Observe and investigate market variables, perform appropriate analysis to identify market and credit opportunities and risks associated with our corporate clients.

-        Transaction Execution: Support and follow-up of internal and external processes (legal, credit, audits, etc.) throughout the execution process, from the client’s onboard and KYC, to the closing of the transaction

-        Business Development – Collaborate with the team to:

o   Identify opportunities through financial statement analysis and analyst reporting.

o   Develop structuring, marketing, and execution strategies over a wide range of financing and risk management solutions for corporate clients.

-        Follow-up and customer service: High-quality presentation and analysis for our customers

-        Regulatory Compliance – Working in full compliance with applicable policies, code of ethics and regulation.

Profile

-        Knowledge in finance, economics, math and/or other related skills

-        High attention to details and focused on problem resolution

-        Strong quantitative and analytical skills

-        Ability to work in a dynamic, interactive, and high-pressure environment.

-        Multitask, communicative and collaborative skills.

-        At least 3-4 years of experience in the sector
