You will:

- review HR policy and other documents to learn about relevant processes
- help building out a knowledge base and a more efficient governance process related to these documents
- participate in testing emerging GenAI chatbot capabilities by reviewing machine generated answers and comparing them to standard ones
- summarize the findings of the testing in Excel (pivot tables, charts)
- assess incoming queries from employees that would help enriching and standardizing the available documents

You have:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience supporting governance processes or content management
- A data driven mindset when it comes to text data, and enthusiasm towards emerging natural language processing techniques
- Problem solving attitude with solid sense of accountability 
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (functions, pivots, charts)
- Analytical thinking
- Confident communicating skills (strong written and verbal English) and collaboration skills
- Aptitude for learning new systems and technologies

You may have:

- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience with testing virtual agents supporting customer service
