Quantitative Developer - Securitized Products
Are you a developer who is also good with numbers or a math expert who likes coding? If so, this might be for you. We are looking for a Quantitative Developer for the Securitized Products Group, who will use their combined numerical and tech skills to support bond trading in New York. The candidate will help execute on business growth opportunities, build models, develop tools and platforms, and generate trade ideas in a fast paced, real-time trading environment.
Your tasks would include:
- building robust statistical or machine learning models and analytical applications to calculate prices and risks for various products, provide market insight for the traders or forecast various indicators - mostly in Python
- fetching market data from various sources and generating statistical analysis with top notch visualization
- answering any quantitative questions the traders or other internal clients might have
- coordinating projects across the business minded traders and the tech specialist teams – we need to speak both languages

You’re good at (most of these):
- programming in any widespread language (Python, C++, Java, etc.)
- building statistical models and understanding their boundaries
- crunching numbers and visualizing them from different aspects
- written and verbal communication in English
