We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Assoc, Professional, Change, Analytics & Strategy in SHARED SERVICES & BANKING OPS to Asia Security Settlements CTB Team covers both regional and global projects that have impact to Asia Security Settlements. 

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position level position within the Change, Analytics & Strategy, which is responsible for developing operating and technology strategies, managing and executing transformation initiatives, leading Agile fleet activities, driving innovation, developing analytics solutions and delivering business outcomes.

What you'll do in the role: 

• Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team
• Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements
• Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output
• Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution
• Develop project scopes and objectives by understanding and documenting the requirements for the change
• Track the progress of the plan, report and escalate the status and issues to the management
• Set test strategy with specific approach details
• Engage stakeholders who need to be involved in the project
• Work and contribute as a catalyst between the Settlement team and Technology department

What you'll bring to the role:

·         Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision

·         Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests

·         Keen to learn new skill sets and does so quickly

·         Analytical skills, able to digest the requirements, spot the root cause of the issue and suggest a solution in a constructive manner

·         Specialist in market knowledge - Equity or Fixed Income products and settlement market rules

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)

·         Presentation skill

·         At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this.
