The U.S. Banks (MSPBNA & MSBNA) provide cash management and lending products and services to serve the needs of WM clients and seeks an AVP to oversee the U.S. Banks Privacy Risk group based in India and support the U.S. based Banks Privacy Risk group. The AVP will Report to VPs for the different functional areas on the Privacy Risk team for the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
> Oversee First Level Reviewers in Mumbai supporting the PII Processing Validation (PPV) and Incident Management functions on the Privacy Risk team, driving quality deliverables and meeting of production targets.
> Conduct PPV assessments and provide Second Level Review of assessments completed by First Level Reviewers located in India.
> Contribute to development of functional area metrics to identify trends and report to senior management via committee presentations.
> Participate in design and implementation of new controls driven by regulatory changes.
> Strategize to improve efficiency of Privacy Risk operations.
> Mentor /Train junior team members in terms of personal development, oversee production to ensure deliverables are on time and are of high quality, and provide timely feedback.

Qualifications/Skills required:
> Master's degree in business, finance, other related fields.
> 5-9 years of professional experience; preferably in privacy, audit, and/or financial services industry.
> Knowledge of privacy laws/regulations (state, national, international) and data protection concerns is preferred; applicable privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPM, etc.) a distinct plus.
> Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, both independently and as part of a team, under tight deadlines and with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, efficiently, and effectively.
> Strong project management and reporting skills.
> Attention to detail, strong analytical, quantitative, and investigative problem-solving abilities; with the ability to make actionable recommendations from data analysis.
> Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written English communication skills; capable of writing documentation, training users in complex topics, making presentations to an internal audience, and interacting positively with team management and colleagues.
> Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
