We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Firmwide GenAI team in our Budapest office. The Program Manager will work closely with the team based in New York City and will play a crucial role in supporting the deployment of GenAI solutions, ensuring successful project execution, monitoring and reporting, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive project plans for GenAI initiatives, ensuring alignment with firm-wide goals and objectives
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment across the firm
• Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, escalating as needed to ensure transparency and visibility
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and synergy on GenAI projects
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement to ensure progress against objectives
• Lead initiatives to continuously improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of GenAI programs

You have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in project/program management
• Interest in artificial intelligence concepts and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with team members across different time zones
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail

You might also have:

• Experience working with artificial intelligence concepts and technologies
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (Scrum, JIRA, etc.)
• Familiarity with internal systems and processes is a plus
