We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Vice President to work as part of the wider business analysis project team with a focus on back & middle office business change, risk and regulatory initiatives.

What you’ll do in the role:

•    The successful candidate will be working closely with the product silos across ISG Aligned Equity Operations, and will be expected to build strong relationships with the regional SMEs within each product silo to maintain a controlled environment and deliver risk related business goals.
•    The candidate will also be expected to drive change, enhance existing controls and work with their team & IT to identify areas for automation / development.
•    The role is a dynamic role where you will be primarily responsible for monitoring key operational risk exceptions across the front to back trade flow e.g. Trade Booking, Confirmation, Pre match and Fails on a day to day basis.
•    The candidate will also be expected to drive change, enhance existing controls and work with their team & IT to identify areas for automation / development.
•    Ensure smooth & controlled running of daily activities protecting the firm's franchise
•    Maintain a strong control framework and full ownership of the Key Risk Indicators.
•    Define and drive the prioritization of the strategic agenda
•    Build relationships with key business stakeholders understanding additional support
•    Act as main escalation point to the Operations product silos on operational risk related issues.

What you’ll bring to the role:

•    Prior experience in Operational Risk or Market Risk a plus
•    Strong analytical mindset & strong control focus
•    Good communication & relationship building skills
•    Ability to initiate and drive projects to execution
•    Proven ability to manage a complex agenda, in partnership with senior stakeholders.
