General Responsibilities in support of MSPBNA’s Chief Lending Officer, Lending COO, and Lending Credit Officer:
• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and monthly and ad-hoc reporting and meeting, including Senior Leadership, Lending Product specific, and Board of Director materials/meetings
• Assist in the management of tactical and strategic initiatives across the Bank’s lending complex
• Support the loan pricing infrastructure
• Support annual budgeting initiatives
• Support with internal and external exams
• Support new product development activities
Experience:
• 3 to 7 years of Financial Services experience
• Lending product knowledge (preferred)
• Private Bank experience (a plus)
• Multi-discipline Project Management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Demonstration of excellent teamwork skills and working independently in a fast-moving environment
• Bachelors Degree

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $180,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
