We're seeking someone to join our team as a Resource planner in Technology COO Strategy & Governance to manage end-to-end business processes and transactions which surround the daily operations of one of the largest banking Technology organizations.

This is a Technology Administration Office III position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for managing administrative tasks related to technology infrastructure and services, ensuring smooth operations and support for the organization's technology needs.

What you’ll do in the role:

 

·       Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives.

·       Interact regularly with team members and occasionally leadership on a range of topics.

·       Be responsible for resource management transactions and reporting, working with senior business management stakeholders, and various business processes including staffing plan updates, labor budgeting, recruiting facilitation, vendor management and resource onboarding.

·       Have deep knowledge of Resource Planning tools and methods and be able to model forward looking strategies as needed for budgeting and other planning needs.

·       Own relationships with Business Managers and Chiefs of Staff supporting your area of coverage to assist with ongoing planning, ad hoc queries, reporting, and communication.

·       Ensure data integrity is maintained in different systems of record by addressing data exceptions.

 

 

 

What you’ll bring to the role:

 

·       Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.

·       Experienced understanding of business line and discipline.

·       Great communication skills

·       Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis packages

·       Excellent written & verbal communication skills: ability to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external partners cross-divisionally.

·       Superior relationship management skill to build and maintain solid engagement with key internal and external stakeholders.

·       Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability work without supervision

·       Flexibility towards changes

·       Good problem-solving skills

·       Knowledge of labor budgeting processes and concepts

·       Experience in working in financial services / project management / technology.

·       At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role. Ideally experience in workforce planning/strategy, business management, or procurement.
