As an Inside Sales Executive, you will collaborate with Business Development Managers to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Your goal is to increase revenue and ensure that our products and services consistently meet client needs. This role involves providing sales quotations, renewing client contracts, and actively seeking new customer opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Engage with current customers daily.
  • Build and expand relationships with key executives and decision-makers within each customer and territory.
  • Develop and maintain outstanding consultative relationships with existing customers.
  • Work closely with assigned Business Development Managers to build a territory account plan that maximizes opportunities and generates sales activity with customers and partners.
  • Grow and maintain customer and partner relationships through proactive telesales activities.
  • Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
  • Stay updated on leading industry trends through ongoing training with software publishers.
  • Serve as a key resource for industry volume license offerings.
