As we expand our global footprint, we seek a Head of International to lead our Account
Executives and Business Development teams across Canada, the UK, Australia, and
Singapore—driving growth, partnerships, and impact in key international markets.
The Role
As Head of International, you will lead and scale Kami’s international sales efforts. This role
requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of education technology sales,
particularly in K-12 and higher education markets. You’ll work closely with internal teams,
education leaders and strategic partners to accelerate adoption and revenue growth in our
priority regions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a winning sales strategy for international
markets, ensuring alignment with Kami’s overall growth goals.
● Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Account Executives
and Business Development professionals.
● Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities to drive adoption and revenue in Canada,
the UK, Australia, and Singapore.
● Partnerships & Relationships: Build strong relationships with education ministries,
schools, districts, resellers, and key decision-makers in the education space.
● Sales Execution: Oversee the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to
closing—while optimizing processes and performance metrics.
● Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
● Performance & Growth: Drive revenue targets and continuously refine sales strategies
based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 10+ years of sales experience in EdTech (preferably K-12)
✔ Proven success in international sales expansion, particularly in Canada, the UK,
Australia, and/or Singapore
✔ Experience leading and scaling sales teams in a fast-growing SaaS or EdTech company
✔ Strong network in the education sector and familiarity with procurement processes in
international school systems
✔ Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Strategic mindset with an ability to drive both short-term wins and long-term growth
✔ Based in the UK (preferred) or willing to work across multiple time zones
