As a Microsoft Solutions Account Executive at SoftwareOne, you’ll partner with customers to help them succeed with Microsoft solutions like Modern Workplace, Azure, and Licensing. You’ll manage key accounts, find new opportunities, and ensure every client gets real value from their technology investments.

 

What you’ll do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Microsoft customers across Corporate and SMB segments.
  • Identify opportunities for Microsoft solutions, including M365, Azure, Security, Surface, and CSP.
  • Build and maintain account plans aligned with business goals and Microsoft priorities.
  • Collaborate with presales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Understand Microsoft licensing models, incentives, and partner programs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while achieving renewals and upsell targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
  • Work closely with Microsoft’s local team to drive joint business success.
