Key Responsibilities:

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position is critical to ensure Operations Excellence Exemplar deployment for PHP plant. The incumbent is responsible for :
1) Coordinating with TBWS teams and SPOC for effective communication and coordination of employee involvement technical and team activities 2) Manage Plant Manager communication, support plant MIS, and PM events 3)To check and evaluate the effectiveness of action taken or proposed to be taken to improve and deploy best practices. 4)To carry out various initiatives Operations Excellence of inspections initiatives as per requirement of the exemplar audit. 5)To set up systems and processes data management for the purpose of OE assessments. 6)To do the analysis of the data for improvement actions 7)Maintain records as are necessary relating to OE and make it available as required. This is very critical to collaborate with the data 8)To involve in various campaigns, Competitions, contest and other activities which will develop and maintain the interest of the employees to establish best of the process 9) Ensure confidentiality of the documents and information as required.Job Manufacturing
