The RoleAs a Presales professional, you’ll co-own Digital Workplace solution sales, business development, and marketing activities within your region. Working closely with Account Managers and Business Development Executives, you’ll lead technical solutioning and pre-sales engagements, ensuring customers receive best-in-class experiences. You’ll also scope professional services opportunities and help deliver Statements of Work (SoW).
This is a proactive role where you’ll drive growth, shape solutions, and act as the technical authority for Digital Workplace offerings.
What You’ll Do- Partner with Account Managers and Business Development Executives to drive new business and expand existing accounts.
- Lead architectural design sessions, customer workshops, and solution shaping for Digital Workplace projects.
- Develop high-level designs, Statements of Work, and Bills of Materials for enterprise customers.
- Prepare cost estimates for licensing, product sales, and professional services.
- Act as the technical lead for pre-sales engagements and sales enablement activities.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and partners to ensure successful implementation.
- Contribute to regional growth through proactive business development and customer acquisition.
