Job Summary
This role supports the sales organization by conducting meetings with diverse customer groups to drive secondary sales and by delivering high-quality reporting, system administration, and data analysis. The position executes, supports, and continuously improves selected sales support activities under limited supervision, ensuring timely insights, operational efficiency, and customer-centric outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Secondary Sales
- Conduct meetings with a wide range of customer groups including retailers, neutral workshops, OEM dealers, STU customers, channel partners, boring workshops, and mechanics.
- Drive secondary sales by understanding customer needs, sharing product information, and coordinating with sales teams.
Reporting
- Consolidate and distribute recurring sales reports.
- Prepare ad-hoc sales reports under limited supervision.
- Update and revise reporting templates as required.
- Consolidate data inputs from stakeholders and support forecasting activities.
System Administration
- Execute complex tasks across systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal).
- Document and maintain procedures for system-based tasks.
- Periodically evaluate system data for accuracy, completeness, and identify improvement areas.
Internal & External Data Analysis
- Analyze external data sources (e.g., Polk, Dodge, RigDig) to identify sales opportunities and share actionable insights with sales teams.
- Review research findings on assigned opportunities and circulate insights with relevant internal teams.
- Compile, qualify, and communicate competitive intelligence.
- Conduct internal sales analysis including variance analysis, projections, costing, and product bundling for both recurring and ad-hoc needs
RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications
- High school diploma or completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience as permitted by applicable regulations.
- Licensing may be required for compliance with export controls or sanction regulations (as applicable).

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills acquired through education, training, or on-the-job exposure.
- Experience interacting with diverse customer groups and supporting sales activities is preferred.
- Familiarity with data management, reporting tools, and sales systems is desirable.
