We're seeking someone to join our Internal Reporting team as a Report Enhancement Specialist
In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is a Director level position within the [RECRUITER to add standard JA Job Family Description based on Job Profile].

What you'll do in the role:
Help to manage our data and reporting strategy by preparing materials, guiding group discussions and facilitating decision making
Act a business analyst to enhance current manual processes by reviewing complex reports and documenting dataflows to prepare for automation
Cooperate with IT counterparts describing business requirements and participate in testing, governance and control framework set-up
What you'll bring to the role:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting or related field with 4+ years of experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Analytical and control mindset with the ability to analyse big datasets and convert them into meaningful metrics
Good communication skills across seniority levels with the ability to prioritize across multiple stakeholders
Project management experience in Agile is a plus
Database management and/or BI experience is a plus
