Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute impactful Medical Education programs.
Develop a strong understanding of products, procedures, and the competitive landscape.
Support curriculum design and contribute to the development of training and educational initiatives.
Gather, track, and analyze data and feedback from educational activities to ensure continuous improvement.
Understand and map customer profiles to tailor content and learning pathways effectively.
Assist in managing budgets and ensuring alignment with internal and external branding guidelines.
Communicate effectively across teams using appropriate internal and external communication tools and channels.
What you will need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Medical Education, Marketing, Product Management, Training, or related areas.
Professional experience in the healthcare industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, or related sectors).
Advanced Spanish proficiency.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Santiago, Chile or São Paulo, Brazil.
