DESCRIPTION
The Finance Associate – Level II supports core financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities with a strong focus on Government Incentives (PLI). The role prepares basic financial analyses and management reports, supports compliance and audit requirements, and contributes to daily financial operations. The position operates under moderate supervision and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy, governance, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities Government Incentives (PLI Focus)
- Manage end-to-end Production Linked Incentive (PLI) processes, including eligibility assessment, data validation, cost-benefit analysis, documentation, compliance adherence, audit support, and claim submissions.
- Monitor changes in government policies and guidelines and ensure alignment with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Drive internal controls, governance frameworks, and reporting for all incentive-related activities.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare basic financial reports for management, including reviews of key areas of emphasis and follow-up actions.
- Analyze financial data to support departmental budgets and forecasts.
- Explain expense variances and support initiatives to improve cost awareness across the organization.
- Load actuals and forecast data into financial systems in a timely and accurate manner.
Financial Operations & Processes
- Support daily financial processes including purchase requisitions, invoice reconciliation, supplier payments, check requests, and responses to monthly budget-related queries.
- Participate in special projects as assigned and complete ad hoc reporting requests as required.

Experience Required
- 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, reporting, or related areas OR
- Intermediate-level knowledge gained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
